SUNDAY TOUR IN FELTRE IN BELLUNESE-ITALY

After some time I managed to organize a day trip to Feltre, a town of 20,000 inhabitants in the province of Belluno.

Feltre is, however, one of the most evocative walled cities in the Veneto where we can find palaces, frescoed facades and also beautiful fountains. The cathedral is very beautiful, too bad I was unable to visit it inside because they were carrying out the religious function on Sunday, however I discovered that there is a card that gives you the opportunity to visit all the museums and palaces of Feltre at a discounted price, however it is only valid for 24 hours.

I have not researched much about the monuments before leaving home but I still like walking around to admire them.

These you see in the photos above are the Lombard fountains that still refer to the dominion that there was in the city of Feltre by the Grand Duchy of Milan.I have toured several cities in Italy but I have never seen similar ones around.

I really spent a beautiful morning walking in these historic places among these splendid streets and splendid stairways.

I was lucky enough to meet a very nice gentleman who recommended me an excellent restaurant where you can have lunch and I can tell you that you eat really well here because I ate risotto and gnocchetti which were truly a delight for my palate.

I hope you enjoyed this little trip to this city.
